Practice:
Go down into a squatting position and place the hands on the knees. Breathing normally walk in this position around the Yoga mat.

Benefits:
Stretches the muscles of the foot and increases blood supply to the feet. Stimulates circulation and increases stamina.

Caution:
Avoid this exercise if there are any problems with the knees.
