Yoga in Daily Life in Haikou, China

Swami Daya Mata from Vancouver Ashram has again been giving Yoga in Daily Life classes in China - this time in Haikou, the capital of Hainan province.

It is not the first time she has visited the country and arranged retreats and programs there. Now in Haikou, Sadhvi Daya Mata has been leading yoga classes especially for 40 yoga aspirants, among them ten teachers from the local Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School.
