Starting Position:
Lie on the abdomen

Concentration:
on the whole body

Breath:
normal breathing

Duration:
about 1/2 minute on each side

Practice:
Lying on the abdomen turn the body slightly onto the left side. Bend the left arm and place the left cheek on the left forearm. The left elbow points away from the head. Bend the right arm and place the hand on the back of the left hand. The right elbow points down towards the feet. Pull the right knee up until it touches the right elbow. The left leg remains straight. If tension in the left shoulder is too great, the left arm can lie along the floor behind the body. After some time change sides, so that the head rest on the bent right arm, the right leg remains straight and the left knee and the left elbow touch each other.

Benefits:
Relaxes body and mind. Deepens the breath, especially into the back.
